Peptide Concentration Converter

Convert concentration units, calculate molarity, and find the volume to draw — for laboratory research use only.

Concentration & molarity

Enter a concentration to see it in every unit. Add a molecular weight to convert to molarity.

How to use this converter

Concentration in mg/mL is numerically equal to g/L, so molarity is simply the concentration in g/L divided by the molecular weight: mol/L = (mg/mL) ÷ MW. To prepare a stock solution from a lyophilised vial in the first place, use our reconstitution calculator. For definitions of the terms here, see the peptide glossary; for compound-specific molecular weights, browse the research guides or the catalogue.
