Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity depends on strict storage and handling, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. This protects all customers by ensuring no product that has left our controlled environment is ever resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Circumstances
- Vials that have been opened, reconstituted, or whose seal is broken.
- Orders where storage instructions were not followed after delivery.
- Change-of-mind requests after dispatch.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before payment is received and the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel.
